Blickle, headquartered in Rosenfeld, Germany, introduces a case study on the heavy-duty dual-wheel caster 'LS-GBS 82K-EMDSB-906018'. The end user required casters equipped with a safe braking system while developing a new autonomous, automated, self-organizing driving system (DTS). As a result, a customized caster was developed using cast iron and forged steel mounting brackets (LS-). The caster features a very low rolling resistance tread made of elastic polyurethane, Blickle Besthanes Soft, which provides floor protection and comfortable operability.
